At this March 2015 webinar, Research + Practice Collaboratory co–Principal Investigators Bill Penuel at the University of Colorado and Pam Buffington at EDC presented on the Design-Based Implementation Research (DBIR) approach, drawing specifically on an improvement effort in Auburn, Maine, in which all K–3 teachers and students are provided iPads to support teaching and learning.
